Estes House-made Pastas
Pasta is always something that I have loved, and when I started cooking professionally, it became something that I wanted to do for the rest of my life. Once I started Estes, I knew that I wanted our pasta to be the back bone of what we do - to be the thing that we were known for most. I have always enjoyed making different types of pasta, whether extruded pastas like bucatini to hand-made like cappelletti, tortellini or a simple ravioli. It’s a true labor of love, and the labor is worth it.
